Program Description:

Application deadline is April 1, 2022 but students are encouraged to apply early as spots are limited. 

Applications for undergraduate students should be submitted directly to the College of Business Advising Office in COB Suite 107.  Applications for graduate students should be submitted directly to Dr. Christy Spivey at cspivey@uta.edu or to the main Economics office in COB 309.

DATES:
  • Travel Dates: June 13 - July 2, 2022
  • Class Dates:  Regular Fall Semester 

COURSES:  6 credits total:
  • ECON 4306/5391 Comparative Economic Systems (emphasis on healthcare systems)
  • MANA 4321/5331 International Management

ITINERARY:  Program will travel to Stockholm, Sweden.
 
COST: Estimated Program Fee of 2,500 + UTA Tuition + Airfare
  • Program Fee will  INCLUDE: Housing, some meals, local transportation, entrance fees for cultural visits and other sites for program activities
  • Does not include: Airfare (estimated $1,000-1,200), required UT System Study Abroad Insurance ($57 for three weeks), UTA Study Abroad Application Fee ($75), and incidentals
  • Financial aid is applicable, and students can apply for the International Education Fee Scholarship (IEFS) and other scholarships for study abroad.
