Join this UTA Faculty-Led program Study abroad in China to experience the majestic landscapes and impressive cityscapes of the world’s most populous country and second-largest economy. Discover the ancient past that’s just under the surface of this modern city’s iconic skyline and observe social and economic change up close.
We will arrive at Zhengzhou University by Saturday 7/6/2018 and the class starts on 7/9/2018. The classes are in the morning for 3 hours everyweek for 3 weeks. In the afternoon, the school will arrange extracurricullar activities with Chinese students as language partners. The classes end on Friday 7/27/2018 and the group will leave Zhengzhou on 7/28/2018.
We will spend 3 days 2 nights in Beijing before the classes start at Zhengzhou University and another 3 days 2 nights in Shanghai after the classes are over. This is part of the program and the expenses are included in the program fees.
On the first day of class, you will be given an assessment test to determine your Chinese proficiency level. Based on your test result, you'll be placed into an appropriate class with students from other universities. Maximum of 10 students for each class.
