Program Description:

Effective for Summer 2016, UTA has pre-cleared the ITESM Ciudad de Mexico (Mexico City) and ITESM Queretaro campuses.  Students must complete the required application materials and other requirements, including attending a mandatory pre-departure orientation meeting, but will not need to petition the IOC for approval to study abroad on the exchange program in these two locations.  The ITESM exchange program remains suspended in all northern Mexican states, including the main campus in Monterrey.

Location:  Ciudad de Mexico (Mexico City) and Queretaro, Mexico

The University:  One of the most respected private universities in all of Latin America, ITESM is known for its excellent degree programs and its state-of-the-art facilities.  

Courses Offered:  Students with a high proficiency in Spanish may take courses taught in Spanish.    The campuses at Ciudad de Mexico and Querétaro also offer special programs for international students that include intensive language study and courses taught in English in the many of the areas of studies listed above.

Student Visas:  In addition to a US passport, all students must obtain a valid FM3 Student Visa to study in Mexico.  Students will apply for this visa after they have been accepted into the program.  Student Visa Process Details (Scroll to 'Temporary Residence Visa Student')
