Program Description:
UTA - Bilingual Education in Ecuador

Applications should be submitted directly to the Center for Bilingual Education, not to UTA Study Abroad.  

Please contact Lidia Morris with the Center for Bilingual Education directly regarding the application process and deadlines for Summer 2017.  Note: A down payment of 20% of the program fee is due by January 25, 2017.

 

Summer 2017
June 29 - July 14, 2017


Classes taught at the Enforex Langauge School in Quito, Ecuador.

ITINERARY:  Program is based in Quito with optional weekend trip to other parts of Ecuador.

COST:  Program fee of approximately $1,030 + UTA Tuition
  • Program fee INCLUDES: Housing in shared apartment in single room and Enforex fees, city tour, and fruit exhibition and tasting
  • Does not include: Airfare (estimated $800), required UTA Study Abroad Insurance ($57 for 3 weeks), UTA Study Abroad Application fee ($75), meals, books/materials, and incidentals.
  • Financial aid is applicable, and students can apply for the International Education Fee Scholarship (IEFS) and other scholarships for study abroad
  • A down payment of 20% of the program fee is due by January 25, 2017
