The UPF exchange program is competitive, and enrollment is limited. Interested students are encouraged to apply early.
Location: Barcelona (pop. 1.5 million) is the heart and capital of the region of Cataluña in the northeast corner of Spain.
The University: Founded in 1990, the Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF) is one of the newest public universities in Spain. Located in the heart of the city, the UPF facilities are housed in renovated historical buildings spreading from Las Ramblas to the Olympic Village in the district of El Poblenou
Courses Offered: Courses are offered in English in a range of academic disciplines. Some knowledge of Spanish is highly recommended. Students with a high proficiency in Spanish may have the opportunity to take courses taught in Spanish. Full Course Details
