Attention Study Abroad Applicants!

As the application deadlines approach, we want to help you complete your Winter or Spring 2023 UTA Study Abroad Application!  Join us for Application Drop-Ins in the Study Abroad Extension (STAX) in the University Center, B120-B on the following dates:

• Tuesday, September 27 between 8:30-11:30am and 1:30-4:30pm
• Thursday, September 29 between 1:30-4:30pm 

You can turn in any missing materials, get login assistance, or meet with a Study Abroad team member about your application.  And if you haven’t started applying yet, we’ll help you get your application started so you’ll be on your way to an amazing adventure abroad.   Bring your laptop, and we’ll help you get as much completed in one visit as possible. 
 
Please be advised that priority will be given to students applying for Winter or Spring 2023; if you are interested in studying abroad in Summer 2023 or later, we kindly ask that you schedule an appointment later in the semester.  Applications for Summer and Fall 2023 will open on December 1.
 
In the meantime, we encourage you to view some of the Study Abroad Success resource videos available on our website:  Study Abroad Success.  These provide some guidance about identifying programs, creating an application, funding resources, and more.  You are also welcome to email us with questions at studyabroad@uta.edu.
