Housing and Meal Plans
Housing Options
There are several housing options available at UTA. You will want to apply for housing as soon as possible because it does fill-up quickly.On-Campus Housing
UTA offers many On-campus Housing choices. If you will be attending UTA for both the fall and spring semesters, please note that the residence halls close for a month during winter break. You are required to have the Meningitis Vaccination to live in On-campus housing.
We strongly encourage Exchange students to consider living on campus. In addition to providing increased interaction with your fellow students and immersion into campus life, you avoid issues that may arise with off-campus housing leases.

Centennial Court
Centennial Court offers On-campus apartments to UTA students. Centennial Court is owned and managed by Campus Living Villages. You are required to have the Meningitis Vaccination to live in at Centennial Court.
Off-Campus Housing
There are housing options around campus that are not affiliated with UTA. If you decide to find and lease your own apartment please be aware that many apartments only offer 12 month leases. The study abroad office is not able to intervene in order to allow early cancellation of your lease and you will be liable for rent for the duration of your lease. It can be difficult to find short-term leases or to find someone to take over your lease if you are not staying the full year.
