Location: Singapore is an island country located on the southern tip of the Malay Peninsula. It is one of the last true city-states in the world and is the smallest nation in Southeast Asia. Though Singapore is highly cosmopolitan and diverse, ethnic Chinese form the majority of the population.
The University: Nanyang Technological University (NTU) is a research-intensive university with globally acknowledged strengths in Science and Engineering. NTU consists of 4 colleges with 12 schools of study. NTU is located in the southwestern part of Singapore, approximately 25 kilometers from the city center.
